What are your rates?

Wedding rates fluctuate depending on wedding location and coverage. Contact me using the contact form or email at for full pricing sheets.

How would you describe your style?

Blended. I use a combination of photojournalistic, fine art, setting-up-a-scene and posed approaches in order to tell the full story of your Wedding. I’m focusing primarily on capturing candid moments and natural emotions as they occur. I work with you and your family to creatively set up portrait scenes to make sure the photograph translates all the fun and energy of the moment.

Do you have any client reviews?

Yes! You can read some here and here or just search around the internet.

Do you work with a second photographer? Actually do I need a second photographer?..

It depends on the circumstances and your personal preferences: if you’d like me to be with you and your husband-to-be all the time, someone would need to take pictures of the bridal party and the guests. In addition to that second photographer will be able to document the Wedding from a different angle/view.
Generally for all Weddings under 100 guests I wouldn’t recommend going for a second photographer. Besides I’m like a photo ninja – trying to capture all the moments from different perspectives.
All of my second photographers work under my direction and provide me with the raw files for further post production.

Can you put together a slideshow of the engagement session to show during cocktail hour?

Absolutely! Please let me know ahead of time if you’d like to have one.

How long until I can see my photos?

My turnaround time varies from 20 to 30 business days depending on the workload and the Wedding.

Do you have any limits on the number of photos taken on the wedding day?

No limits on photos taken.

How many photographs do we get?

I typically deliver 500-800 photos for a full day coverage.

If our wedding runs over time, can you stay longer?

Yes. Additional charges will apply at the time of booking in case you’d like to extend the contracted coverage.

Are all of our photos edited?

Yes. All photographs will be corrected with exposure and color. On top of that you’ll get up to 20 (depending on the package) fully edited pictures (fixed skin blemishes, brightened up eyes, artistic filters to background, etc.) of your choice.

What do we get on our DVD, and passworded online gallery?

Fully processed high resolution jpeg images with reprint rights (without watermarks). In addition to that you’ll get web-friendly sized versions of all the images.

Do you provide a print and distribution release?

Please feel free to print out your photos wherever you want and share them around the internet, too. You can also order professional prints in all sizes as well as canvas prints and wedding album.

Do you take wedding day family portraits?

Sure! I love family portraits. I do my best to take any configuration of family photos you would like.

Can my guests take photos during the ceremony?

Of course they can. However doing the “unplugged wedding” (at least the ceremony) will help avoid the situation when all your guest shots include your favorite people staring at their devices.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. Please let me know if your venue needs my info.

What equipment do you use?

I use professional Nikon full frame camera, along with prime and zoom lenses, on/off-camera lighting. I also make sure to bring a back up camera.

Do you offer Engagement sessions?

I certainly do. Please email me to get a quote for Engagement/pre-Wedding Photo Session.

Can we meet?

Sure! Let’s meet for a coffee either somewhere in the downtown Chicago, or at my office. We can also chat over Skype/Face Time.

What do we have to do to book our date? What are the next steps?

  1. Signed contract and payed 50% deposit fee (the rest is due on the Wedding day) are required in order to hold the date.
  2. One month before the Wedding, I’ll email you a Wedding Questionnaire that will give me all the info I need about your day. Please send it back to me at least two weeks prior to the Wedding.
  3. If your wedding photography package includes an Engagement session, we start talking about potential dates for your shoot (see below the engagement photo session guide).
  4. One week after the Wedding, I’ll post a few sneak peek photos on Facebook!
  5. Four to six weeks after the Wedding, I’ll mail you a DVD with fully processed, edited wedding photographs.
